The draft Early Years Learning Framework  (209.3
KB) has been developed by a consortium of prominent and respected early
childhood experts from around Australia, comprising early childhood
academics, practitioners, service providers, peak body representatives,
professonal organisations and consultants, lead by Charles Sturt
Universty. Key questions have been developed for consideration at the
